Absolutely love them, (even cry tears of joy!) or get your money back, every penny-- no questions asked, and no hard feelings either! That's right--whether it's a senior portrait, your baby's portrait or even a wedding album, if we fail, you pay nothing, and it's just that simple. Sometimes we may take a bit longer to deliver an order and that's because there are times that "our best" takes a bit longer, but once it's delivered, you can be sure it's our best.

In addition, we will completely replace any framed wall portrait or even entire Wedding Album that has been damaged ...regardless of fault ... at no charge to you - as long as we still have the image(s) on file.

Yes, we'll replace it ALL for you, as long as we still have the images on file (and we normally keep them on file for a very long time).
