How To Fix the "Blurry"
Pictures On AOL.
(It's easy, We Promise!).
Unless you "tell" it otherwise,
AOL will
"compress" graphic files (pictures) so that web pages will download faster to your computer. Although that sounds like a great idea,
it makes our beautiful photographic images look REALLY crummy on your screen. BUT,
this is REALLY EASY to fix!
Here's how:
Web pages that contain photographs will take a tad longer to download to your computer, but photographs will now always look 1000 times better.
If you get sick of waiting for the slower loading times, you can always go back and switch back to the "Always compress graphics" setting.
